·    Driver's licence and age
Minimum 2 years of valid national or international driver’s licence and 21 years of age for the 1 st group (B,B1,B2,C,D,E),26 years of age and 2 years of driving licence for the 2 nd group (G,H) and 3rd group (M).
·     Rental period
Minimum rental is one day. Special rates are applied for long-term rentals.
·     Rates
Rates include unlimited free kilometers, maintenance, third party insurance (up to the legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.), Theft Insurance, 18% Value Added Tax (V.A.T), exclude Petrol, HTW, ADD,. The client pays gasoline. Chauffeur-driven cars and guide available upon request. Child seats are also available within 48 hours of notice.
·     Payment
30% more of the estimated cost of the rental (minimum 300 EURO) is taken as deposit at the time of delivery of the car and the final adjustment is made at the end of rental. Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any time exceed 3 hours will be considered as a full day. No deposit required from the holders of authorized credit cards (American Express, Diners, Euro card, Master Card & Visa).
·     Insurance
Client’s liability for collision damage is limited up to 14.000 EURO for the 1st group(B,B1,B2,C,D,E), 20.000 EURO for the 2nd group(G,H), 16.000 EURO for the 3rd group(M) per accident. This can be waived by accepting the CDW(Collision Damage Waiver) . CDW Insurance, does not cover CDW (deductible) excess(Excess Applies-200Euro) and headlight or windscreen breakages, tyre punctures and theft of spare tyre. This can also be waived by accepting the HTW(Headlight, Tyre, Windscreen, ExcessApplies)  insurance, which waives headlight or windscreen breakages, tyre punctures and theft of spare tyre. However, if the car is driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs, above the legal speed limits, if the traffic report and the alcohol report is not submitted within 48 hours, Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) is considered void and the driver is kept responsible for the damage. Request for permission for additional driver must be registered at the beginning of rental, otherwise, insurance becomes void.
·     Personal accident insurance
Please refer to the price sheet for personal accident insurance.
·     Delivery and collection
Free delivery and collection of cars at AutoGet offices within office hours. Delivery and collection can be made at hotels, offices, airports, train and bus stations. Delivery and collection outside the city limits of AutoGet offices are charged per kilometer to the nearest AutoGet station. If the delivery and collection stations are different, one-way drop charge is applied.
·     Traffic fines
Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations and motorway fees, incurred during the rental period are charged to the renter.
·     We reserve the right to substitute the type and make of car under circumstances beyond our control. Rates and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. No car can be taken out of Turkey.
·     Insurance does not cover the damages due to misuse of car. In case of an accident or any damage, the renter is supposed to ask for the correspondent police and alcohol report as soon as possible, without moving the rented car from the place of the accident. Otherwise, C.D.W is considered void.
